A non-refundable deposit of 50 % is required to secure the booking. Full payment must be completed 7 days before the event date or as per the agreed schedule. Payment methods include both online and offline.
Cancellations made by the client within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit. If the photographer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Additional charges may apply.
All photographs remain the copyright of Lovelens Photography. Clients are granted personal usage rights but may not alter, edit, or sell the images without prior written consent. Commercial usage requires a separate agreement.
Final edited images will be delivered within 15 days of the event. Delivery format includes [digital gallery, USB drive, prints, etc.] as specified in the package.
Coverage will be provided as per the agreed timeline and locations. The company is not responsible for missed shots due to client delays or restrictions at the venue.
The company will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of property during the event. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, the company will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation.
Clients must provide necessary permissions for photography at the venue(s). Any specific requests or must-have shots should be communicated in writing prior to the event.
The company is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions.
Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through mediation as agreed upon by both parties.
By booking services with Lovelens Photography, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
